OneLittleHotFlash Return / Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. We also do not refund items that have been already used. Fitting is ok and not considered used.

We do not require you to send the item back to us if it is damaged. We have a better idea – just take a picture and email us at 1lhfdesign@gmail.com and avoid paying any extra shipping all together.

NOTE: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and is being returned due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage. We do not do refunds for buyers remorse (not that we expect that) all items purchased are made on demand when you order them, just for you.

To request a refund or replacement, simply click on “My Account” located in the footer on the home page of onelittlehotflash.com. Once there you can view all your order info and send that information along with a photo of the damaged item to 1lhfdesign@gmail.com (a link is to this email is also provided on the left hand side on your “My Account” page.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us. Yes really, a photo is sufficient for inspection. We trust you! If your request was for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If your request was for a replacement due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will process your replacement item on the same business day as the approval and it will ship out upon fulfillment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the item shipped is different from what is on your order (i.e. you ordered a size small and received a size large). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 1lhfdesign@gmail.com please include a photo of the damaged or defective item. It approved we will happily re-order the item for you at no charge.

Shipping returns

We do not accept shipping returns. It the product is damaged an email including a picture of the item or shipping damage is all that is necessary to process your request.
